CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Appointment Confirmation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Appointments must be confirmed at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If we do not receive confirmation by that time, JetSetRx reserves the right to cancel or release the appointment to another client. Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of: • A same-day cancellation • A no-show • Failure to confirm the appointment at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time, resulting in the appointment being canceled or released
